I can't imagine what we would have done without Sevana. We got her flyer advertising homes she'd sold just as we began considering selling our home. She arrived at our place with everything written up to explain the ins and outs, and when it turned out she had some wrong details about our place (several of our lots weren't included in the MLS listing she was drawing her info from), she came back with everything corrected and a much higher price to reflect that!
