From our first meeting, to staging and listing the home to negotiating and closing the deal she was always knowledgeable, professional and responsive to our needs and concerns. The biggest issue we had in selling our home was with the less than satisfactory escrow and title companies that were recommended, but this is not a reflection on Sevana as she was always there to try to resolve any issues and smooth any bumps along the way. We also had concerns with the amount of people who had access to our home via the lockbox that is standard practice in the business so that is something to consider if you are worried about maintaining the condition of your home during the selling process. Overall our experience with Sevana was excellent and we were happy with the price we were able to sell for. Highly recommended if you are looking for an agent that will look out for you and will put in the work to help you achieve your goals.
